I have a response to the letter from the big cinema company which is mentioned in a earlier post.
1. They responded :)
2. Justification to my points raised - on 3 different levels - from providing me 'luxury' to 'legal' aspect to 'value'.
3. e-commerce model does not lower costs for cinema industry - wow!!!
I have responded with my feedback and observation - to close the matter if they cannot get it that e-commerce is about both lowering cost and enhancing profits along with providing service!
